Izuoma is a Management Consultant based out of Calgary, where she focuses on driving operational excellence through behavioural change, and implementing data-driven, people-focused transformation programs. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Bachelor of Management (Finance) from the University of Lethbridge.

As a person who values personal growth, Izuoma believes that growth comes with embracing opportunities, stepping out of one’s comfort zone, and learning. Whether it’s learning about people and cultures, trying out recipes from different countries, or getting hands-on with DIY home renovations, she enjoys the “stretch” that comes with learning. Izuoma is also passionate about building and nurturing meaningful relationships and supporting people (especially immigrants / minority groups) along their journeys in different areas of life – academic, career, finances, relationships, and so on; volunteering allows her to do just that.

In her spare time, Izuoma enjoys connecting with friends and family (even better if it’s over a meal), listening to audiobooks, and in the summertime, taking long walks and hiking in the mountains.
