Cooking For Inclusion -

Cooking for Inclusion is an inclusive program targeted at black girls between the ages of 12-24. Join us for this 6-month program (monthly gatherings) where participants from diverse backgrounds will bond, learn, and grow through the joys of cooking cuisines from across the African and Caribbean diaspora.
In addition to cooking, participants will have an active role in planning and delivering activities, empowering them to shape their own journey. Themes of activities include basics of food photography, grocery shopping, visits to the farmers’ market, food sampling, and budgeting.
We also provide access to vital resources, including mental health support and various youth services, to build a strong social support system.
Join us as we embark on this incredible journey of inclusion, unity, and empowerment! Let’s celebrate the richness of our cultural heritage and build a brighter future together.
