Nana Oforiwah Twum-Ampofo

Nana Oforiwah Twum-Ampofo, an Early Childhood Educator working as a Dayhome Provider. Nana is from Kibi in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Nana recieved her Diploma in Education at the Presbyterian College of Education in Akropong-Akuapem. She then continued to receive her Bachelors in Education at the University of Education at Winneba in the Central Region of Ghana, specializing in Elementary School Education
Upon graduation Nana started Teaching at Akufokrom Municipal Assembly School for nine years and migrated to Canada in May, 2017.

In Canada Nana has worked for the Calgary Progressive Lifestyle Foundation and Optional Rehabilitation Services as a Community Support Worker Supporting persons with special needs. Nana got her Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification from from the Alberta Childcare Service and began working as an Educator at Thornhill Childcare, Dover Center. She then started running her own Dayhome in April, 2020 so she can be providing caring for Children as well as her own.
